WATCH (Weekdays at the Church) is a Christian-based after-school program designed to support the needs of working families in our community by providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children in TK through 6th grade. We provide transportation via St. Andrew’s school bus from Woodland, Kaiser, and Newport Heights Elementary Schools. Our program runs Monday through Friday, from after school until 5:30 PM, with flexible enrollment options that allow parents to choose 1–5 days per week, as well as drop-in days when needed.
Our dedicated staff are trained in child development and experienced in working with children, ensuring thoughtful care and guidance each day. We offer a well-rounded program that includes engaging activities such as arts and crafts, sports and recreation, homework support, fun theme days, and plenty of outdoor playtime. Children also enjoy healthy snacks and opportunities to build friendships in a positive, structured setting. On Wednesdays, we gather for a special time of worship, helping children grow in their faith and understanding of God’s love.
The safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We are deeply committed to providing a secure, caring environment where children feel protected, valued, and supported each day, and our attentive staff work diligently to ensure that every child is cared for with the utmost responsibility and compassion.
We also offer full-day programming for school closures, including Presidents’ Week, Spring Break, and other non-student days, providing families with reliable care when school is not in session.
We are a California licensed facility. Lic: 304370475.
